Your club on your members’ phones
Memberships, a digital club card, schedules and workout bookings in Inf CRM Mobile.
Member services continue beyond the front desk
In the evening, a member wants to check whether tomorrow’s class has a place left. On the way to the club, they need their club card. When plans change, they want to find a booking and check whether it can be cancelled. These everyday tasks benefit from access to information without a call to reception.
Inf CRM Mobile gives members of connected clubs their own mobile access to memberships, schedules, group classes and personal training. Members see their club’s information and carry out available actions on their phones, while the team continues managing club workflows in the CRM.
Inf CRM Mobile is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. Use the links above to download the app for your phone. Club features require an account and a connection to a participating club using Inf CRM.
Connect to your club and choose a branch
Start by signing in to the app and completing your profile. Next, find your club or chain, select the appropriate branch and connect your club member record. An invitation from the club can be entered as a code or scanned as a QR code. Manual code entry remains available if the camera cannot be used.
The club determines which connection methods are available. Alongside invitations, it may offer verification using details from an existing member record. This gives the member access to their own history and memberships. If the club cannot be found or the details do not match, its reception team can help check the record and access.
One account can hold connections to several clubs or branches. Before viewing a schedule or making a booking, the member selects the relevant club context. For someone who trains at different locations, the screen makes it clear which club the current information belongs to.
Memberships and a digital club card close at hand
The home screen brings together club information, current classes, a route to bookings and memberships. Open a membership to see its status, validity, remaining visits and related conditions. This makes it easier to understand which membership is available for the next workout.
Memberships with calendar-based validity also offer a view of availability by day. It helps explain valid periods and breaks when a single end date is not enough. The information stays connected to the membership records in the CRM used by the club team.
The digital club card opens on the phone and displays the code configured by the club. Members can present it at reception without searching for a physical card. If connected memberships use different codes, the app lets the member choose the appropriate one. Club card and membership artwork can reflect the club’s visual identity.
Book a group class, from schedule to confirmation
Open the schedule, choose a day and browse available classes. The time, service name, trainer and place availability help members choose a suitable option. Class details provide information to check before booking, without having to ask about each item in a message.
Before confirmation, the app shows the chosen class, membership and booking and cancellation rules. For example, a member finds an evening Functional Training class, checks the time and available membership, then confirms the booking. A separate success screen shows the outcome, and the session can then be found in their bookings.
A booking is confirmed after the club system responds. If someone else has taken the last place, the member needs to check current availability and choose another option or the waitlist. For the team, this workflow connects to the class schedule and participant lists in Inf CRM.
Waitlists, cancellations and your own calendar
When a group class is full, members can join its waitlist if club settings allow it. The app shows the request’s status and a position when one has been assigned. Waiting is kept distinct from a confirmed booking, so the member knows whether they have a place or are still waiting for one.
My Bookings brings together upcoming sessions and booking history. Opening a booking shows the club, date, time and status, with cancellation available within club rules. The app displays relevant conditions before cancellation. Once the self-service cancellation deadline has passed, the member needs to discuss the change with the club.
After a successful booking, the workout can be added to the device calendar. This opens a system form where the member saves the event themselves. It helps fit training around personal commitments such as meetings, work and travel to the club.
Personal training: choose a trainer and a time
Individual sessions have their own booking flow. Members open the trainer view, select a trainer, an available service and a free time slot. They can find a personal session that fits their day without exchanging several messages about available hours.
The confirmation screen brings together the trainer, date, time, service and membership. Members check these details and the cancellation conditions before completing the booking. Once confirmed, the session appears in their bookings and can be added to the calendar.
Personal training details support viewing and self-service cancellation under club rules. Available hours and services follow the trainer’s schedule. The waitlist described above applies to group classes; personal training uses available time slots.
What changes for members and the club team
Members can check a membership, open their card and plan their next visit themselves. Contact details, address and opening hours for the selected branch are also available in the app. When a question needs assistance, the member can contact their own club with a clear understanding of the situation.
For reception staff, the app provides another way to organize member interactions: people can carry out some routine checks and bookings themselves. The team maintains club records and schedules in Inf CRM, while members use the mobile functions available to them. Features depend on the services and settings of the particular club.
Owners can treat the app as an extension of their fitness club management system. Before introducing it to members, agree the club’s appearance, check schedules and cancellation rules, and prepare a clear connection process at reception.
Getting started with Inf CRM Mobile
If you are a club member, install Inf CRM Mobile from the App Store or Google Play, sign in and ask the club for instructions or an invitation. After connecting your member record, check the branch and memberships, open the schedule and choose your first workout. The interface is available in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
If you run a club, walk through the member journey yourself: connection, membership display, digital card, a group or personal booking, and cancellation. Once the team understands those steps, it is easier to explain them to visitors and place the app link on the club website or at reception.
The iPhone and Android versions are available on the App Store and Google Play. To connect your club, contact the Inf CRM team for help with setup and a walkthrough of the app.
